Quality and Safety Concerns
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with the quality and safety of their purchases from Transcona Trailers. Gerald LeBlanc found that his stored trailer was not moved to the pick-up location, despite his request. Evgeniia's trailer had multiple malfunctions on its first trip, including a broken air conditioner, failed electrical panel, and dysfunctional brakes. Matthew Mark's girlfriend paid $400 for a hood that could have been purchased for $99, and Donna Johnson's trailer had issues with the door, fridge, and air conditioner that were not detected during a pre-delivery inspection.
Poor Customer Service
Donna Johnson felt that the explanation for the issues with her trailer was unhelpful and that the service staff did not take responsibility for the problems. Evgeniia was unhappy with the response she received from the dealer, who told her that the service is performed on a first-come, first-served basis and that she would have to leave her trailer with them for repairs. Matthew Mark's girlfriend was also unhappy with the lack of attention to detail in checking for alternate part numbers.
