Work Environment and Safety Concerns
The workplace environment seems to be influenced by a few individuals who disregard safety protocols and engage in unacceptable behavior. A specific staff member, favored by the person in charge, has been reported to throw screws at people's faces and play pranks on colleagues, making them believe they have tails. This behavior is dismissed as joking around, and when confronted, the person in charge tells the victims to behave or leave.
Leadership Issues
The person in charge appears to lack respect for safety protocols, as they do not wear safety shoes, despite their son being in charge of safety. This leadership seems to be run by a family of three, who prioritize their favorite staff member and engage in conspired lies against those who do not understand their expectations. It is also suggested that this staff member craves praise and will ask for it from colleagues.
