About Us

Our founder, Helen Stirling (Bzdel), is a Registered Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work, a post-graduate/advanced diploma in Art Therapy, and a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree. Helen has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including forensic and psychiatric settings. Her certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Choice Theory, and Critical Incident Stress Management demonstrate her commitment to continuous professional development.
