Negative Experience with Store Owner
The reviewer had a terrible encounter with the store owner, who was aggressive and confrontational. The owner would get in customers' faces and even kick them out if they didn't agree with his COVID-related views.
Poor Selection and Uninviting Store Environment
The store's selection was deemed subpar, with only a limited choice of shoes available, mostly catering to the elderly. The store seemed to be on the verge of closing down, located in a struggling mall with only a few stores remaining open.
