What is Traditional Thai Massage?

Traditional Thai massage, or Nuad Bo-Rarn, is a full-body massage performed on a mat on the floor with both parties wearing loose, comfortable clothes. This ancient technique blends elements of yogic stretching, fascial stretch therapy, acupressure, t'ai chi, breathwork, and meditation to promote deep relaxation and flexibility. Our practitioners are trained to guide you into various yoga postures, applying deep and sustained pressure to soften and relax the muscle's connective tissue, allowing the energy to flow freely along the sen lines.

Our Team

Our team comprises a diverse group of skilled practitioners with backgrounds in various disciplines such as dance, CrossFit, Muay Thai boxing, and Triathlon. This extensive range of expertise enables our practitioners to effectively cater to the unique needs of our clients, regardless of their fitness level. We also offer both Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and Licensed Holistic Practitioners to cater to different needs and budgets.
