Our boutique style of management involves a hands-on approach that our clients have grown to love. Each project is led by an extraordinary Project Manager and Site Supervisor who actively visit the site regularly, providing support to site staff and offering cost-efficient and time-conscious directions to the construction team.

Our Project Managers possess high-quality management skills, ensuring the seamless integration of each component within every project. They will regularly visit the site and provide support to site staff, providing cost-efficient and time-conscious directions to the construction team. Our Site Supervisors are responsible for the correct, timely, and profitable physical construction of a project. They possess a high proficiency in drafting skills, organizational control, and leadership and are dedicated to safe work practices and quality control on every project we manage.

We maintain a healthy and safe work environment for all who are involved in our projects, and we have a zero-tolerance policy, which has allowed us to maintain an accident-free record in all our years in the construction industry. It is mandatory that every member of the Maracon team is kept up to date with their training in areas including but not limited to: WHMIS, fall protection, first aid, and workplace violence and harassment. We are proud to be a member of the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association's COR Program since 2020 and have achieved a Certificate of Recognition (COR), a nationally recognized health and safety certification program.
