Our Story

Dr. Kashin, an independent optometrist, founded KOG Eyecare with the goal of providing personalized and comprehensive eye care to the people of Winnipeg. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Kashin has built a reputation for excellence in the field of optometry. Our team of optometrists, including Dr. Marcella Mansaray, Dr. Howard Love, and Dr. Cayley Encarnacao, share Dr. Kashin's commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients.

Our Services

At KOG Eyecare, we offer a wide range of services, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, glaucoma management, diabetic eye exams, and dry eye disease diagnosis and treatment. Our comprehensive eye exams are designed to detect and treat eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and dry eye disease. We also offer specialized services, such as myopia control for children, using corneal refractive therapy (CRT) and misight soft contact lenses. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized care and attention to each patient, ensuring that they receive the best possible treatment for their unique needs.

Our Locations

We have ten clinics across Winnipeg, making it convenient for our patients to access our services. Our clinics are equipped with the latest technology, including optical coherence tomography (OCT), which allows us to see beneath the surface of the retina and detect early signs of glaucoma and macular degeneration. We also offer direct billing to most insurance plans, making it easy for our patients to access our services.
