Dr. Jain has been receiving positive feedback from her patients for her professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. Her ability to make her patients feel comfortable and her excellent work has been highly praised. The staff at Devon Dental Centre, including Samantha the hygienist, Darlene at the front, and the rest of the team, have been complimented for their friendly and caring service.
However, some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the changes in the clinic since Dr. Mike left. A few have mentioned being charged incorrectly and have felt dishonesty in the billing process. There is also a concern about the long wait times for dental cleaning, as well as the feeling that the clinic has become less personal and less attentive to patient needs.
