At Alex Marton Surveying, we offer a variety of services to meet the needs of our clients. These services include:
1. Construction Package for Residential and Commercial Structures: This package includes a Grading Plan for "Building Permit" applications, as well as construction stage surveys such as stake out for excavation, footing for marking main building corners, and final survey as built.
2. Legal Surveys: We provide Surveyor's Real Property Reports, Plan of Surveys, Reference Plans for land severance, and Subdivision Plans.
3. Engineering Surveys: Our topographic surveys are used by engineers and planners to assist with the design of a development proposal, but are not the plans used for the development application. A topographic survey may complement a development application by showing the physical constraints of the site that the proponent must consider in the development application. Our topographic surveys include vertical elevations or contours, as well as physical details above, on, and below the ground. Contour lines on these surveys never cross each other and the closer the lines are to each other, the steeper the slope. Conversely, the further apart the lines are from each other, the flatter the slope.
4. Control Surveys: We provide Horizontal Control Surveys and Vertical Control Surveys, as well as 3D Scanning services.

Negative Experiences
However, not all experiences are positive. Some clients had to wait for their survey/plan/certificate for longer than promised. What was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 weeks took more than 4 months and is still pending.
Additionally, some clients received constant calls from the company, which they believe to be an air duct cleaning scam.
