Our Story
Skyway Cafe was born out of a passion for good food, good people, and a desire to bring the community together. Our founders, passionate about aviation, decided to open a cafe inside two local flying clubs - Brantford Flying Club and Tillsonburg Flying Club. The result is a unique dining experience that combines great food with a fascinating aviation-themed atmosphere.

Our Locations
We're proud to operate two locations in the heart of Brantford and Tillsonburg. Both locations are situated inside local flying clubs, offering a unique and fascinating atmosphere that's sure to delight. Our Brantford location is open daily from 8 am to 2 pm, while our Tillsonburg location is open daily from 8 am to 2 pm, except on Mondays.
