- Sports Rehabilitation: Prevention and management of sports-related injuries utilize various types of tapes, including Leukotape, Kinesio, K-tape, athletic tape, and Hypafix tape in treatment for stability, biofeedback, and the management and prevention of injuries.
- Acupuncture: Pain relief, improved energy, and body function are found in this ancient form of Chinese medicine, involving solid filiform needles in specific acupoints.
- Post-Surgical Rehabilitation: Individualized treatment plans to increase strength, mobility, and range of motion following a surgical procedure, motor vehicle accident, sports-related injury, or workers comp (WSIB) claim.
- Specialized Physiotherapy: Vertigo, dizziness, and concussion management services are offered by our in-house expert Matthew Spina. Treatments include vestibular rehab, cupping, and individualized home exercise plans.
