In 1968, Tony Badry started Tony's Auto Body Centre with a single tow truck. Later, in 1981, he sold the auto body shop and completely focused on providing towing services to the residents of Wetaskiwin. Poor Communication and Unfair Billing
Kahilil had a negative experience with Tony's Towing, stating they would not release their vehicle when they came to pick it up, causing it to stay longer and resulting in extra storage fees. Kahilil contacted their lawyer and is seeking legal action against Tony's Towing.
Unhappy with Service
Lindsay Greene was not happy with the service provided by Tony's Towing when her stolen trailer was recovered. The towing bill was $503, which she felt was too high, especially since the trailer was only towed 8 miles. Additionally, she was charged for two days of storage when it was only there for 17 hours.
Damaged Vehicle and Poor Service
Mikayla Cliffe was extremely upset with Tony's Towing when her car's bumper was damaged during the tow. The driver insisted he knew what he was doing, but the car's bumper was scraped up, and they still had to pay full price for the tow.
