Our story began over two decades ago when Barry and Liz took over the reins of Swan Market, bringing with them their expertise and passion for German cuisine. Barry, with his background in the meat department at Wegmans, and Liz, with her love for traditional German cooking, worked tirelessly to create a menu that would transport customers back to the old country. Today, their children, Eric and James, have joined the family business, bringing new ideas and energy to the table.
