Our Cottages
Each of our cottages has two bedrooms, with one bedroom featuring a double bed, and the other having two twin beds. We also have cots available upon request. Our cottages come fully equipped with a kitchen, featuring a fridge, stove, and dining set. The bathrooms are complete with towels and additional toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Our living room area is spacious, with complimentary color cable TV for your entertainment. Each cottage also has its own Bar-B-Q, allowing you to enjoy a cookout during your stay. Our cottages are newly opened this summer of 2006, so everything is brand new.
In addition to our efficiency units, we also offer a one-room unit for those looking for a more compact lodging option. This room is similar to a hotel room and comes complete with a microwave and bar-fridge, as well as a private bathroom.

Rates and Regulations
Our rates are reasonable and affordable, with $119.00 per night for two adults. Each additional adult is charged $14.00, and children under 12 stay for free. We require a deposit of one night's stay to confirm a reservation, with the balance due upon arrival.
Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, with the deposit fully refundable if cancellation is made prior to this time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Accommodations and Amenities

Location and Convenience
The location was convenient for guests doing a trip across Newfoundland, and was particularly ideal for ATV enthusiasts, being located on the main T'Railway system. The proximity to a pub and gas station/convenience store was also seen as a plus.
