Customer Experience

Problems and Complaints
However, one customer has had a severely negative experience. Amy Phillips gave the bakery 1 star after her five-year-old son hurt his teeth on a hard piece of plastic found in an English muffin. She has been unable to get a response from the company despite multiple calls and messages.
Other Complaints
A separate customer, A. B., had to waste their time and money due to inconsistent and erratic packaging of crumpets at Metro, the Oakrun store. They expressed disappointment and frustration with the quality of the product and the company's customer service.
