She had a scheduled appointment but was told to reschedule because another patient had arrived at the wrong day and time. This situation was not handled professionally, and she felt her time was not valued.
Another reviewer, The Bro Gamer, also rated the service with 1 star due to a $600 fee charged for a missed appointment that was cancelled within 24 hours because of a cancellation. Furthermore, the completed work became infected, requiring additional correction.
