Saskatchewan Aerial

The Saskatchewan Aviation Council (SAC) is a prominent organization that has been promoting and enhancing aviation in Saskatchewan since 1989. What started as a small group of pilots has grown to include members from all facets of the aviation industry. Today, SAC is the province's single, most influential voice in aviation.

Our mandate is to promote and enhance aviation in Saskatchewan, and we do this by addressing individual issues and concerns, then presenting them to the decision makers. We cut through government red tape to make aviation better for all, and when SAC speaks, authorities listen. Our membership numbers back us up, and the voice of many is far more convincing and credible than that of just one.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to support the aviation industry in Saskatchewan. Our members include airports, commercial operators, and individuals who are passionate about aviation. We provide a platform for our members to connect, share ideas, and work together to promote and enhance aviation in the province.

We also recognize and honor individuals who have made significant contributions to Saskatchewan aviation through our awards program. The Saskatchewan Aviation Hall of Fame Award, David Eckmire Industry Service Award, and Distinguished Airman Award are just a few ways we acknowledge the achievements of those who have dedicated their lives to aviation.
