Our children and pediatric exams are conducted differently than adult exams, taking into account the unique needs of children, particularly in terms of development and learning. We also offer direct billing, allowing us to invoice your insurance company directly, so you don't have to worry about the cost.
In addition, we provide dry eye management services, helping patients find treatment for dry, burning, itchy, watery eyes. We also offer contact lens fittings, helping patients discover the perfect fit for their lifestyle. Our advanced eye care services utilize retinal photography, optical coherence tomography (OCT), and visual fields to detect, monitor, and treat many diseases of the eye.
If you have an urgent eye issue, such as an infection, inflammation, allergy, or eye injury, we provide urgent eye care services, including the removal of foreign bodies from the eye. Meet Our Optometrists
Our team of optometrists is led by Dr. Andrew Comly, an experienced optometrist born and raised in Collingwood and Wasaga Beach. Dr. Comly has completed his undergraduate studies in Biomedical Science at the University of Waterloo and his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He has also completed externships in ocular disease at Omni Eye Specialists in New Jersey and Highline Vision Centre in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Jessica Wong is another fantastic optometrist on our team, with a passion for patient-centered care. A native of the Greater Toronto Area, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctorate of Optometry with honours from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Wong has pursued clinical externships in Alberta and Manitoba, accumulating valuable experience in the field of ocular disease management.
