Our clinic is a complex, primary care facility that offers a range of medical, surgical, and emergency services for dogs, cats, pocket pets, equine, and bovine patients. We are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a visitation room, cat condos, special exam rooms, equine stocks, and a stall for hospitalized horses, hydraulic indoor cattle squeeze, and a tilt table. In addition, we have an isolation ward for all animals, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care.

Clearwater Veterinary Centre was established in May of 1987, and over the years, we have grown and developed into a leading veterinary facility in the region. Our team of four veterinarians, five veterinary technologists, and five support staff work together to provide exceptional care to our patients. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Services
At Clearwater Veterinary Centre, we offer a wide range of services to meet the health care needs of our patients. Our services include wellness care, surgery, digital x-ray, in-house lab, ultrasound, and boarding for cats and dogs. We also provide 24/7 after-hours emergency services, and our veterinary technicians are available in-clinic at 7:30 am Monday to Friday for early surgery drop-offs and medication pick-ups.
Community Support
We believe that education is the best "medicine, " and we are committed to supporting community development. We offer several programs to achieve this goal, including the "Be a Tree" program, a free dog bite prevention program for school-age children. This interactive presentation teaches children how to read dog body language, preparing them to be safe around dogs. We also organize dairy and beef farm producer meetings to keep our cattle producers up-to-date with the latest products, disease control, and protocols for standard of care.
Additionally, we support local 4H and Pony Club programs by providing presentations on topics such as correct bandaging, first aid, wound management, poison prevention, and nutritional needs.
