Our massage therapy services include Swedish massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Reiki, all designed to bring tranquility and relaxation to our clients. Our Registered Massage Therapists are highly skilled and trained to provide therapeutic massages that cater to each client's individual needs.
In addition to massage therapy, we also offer Acupuncture, Infrared Sauna, and Manual Lymph Drainage. Our Acupuncture services use thin sterile needles to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, while our Infrared Sauna promotes detoxification and relaxation. Our Manual Lymph Drainage services aid in stimulating the drainage and removal of toxins and excess fluid from the body.

Our Registered Massage Therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario.
