FAQs

• Spa Etiquette: Arrive on time for your appointment to allow for check-in and full consultation. If you arrive late, your treatment may be customized to fit the remaining time.
• Cancellation/No Show Policy: Require a notice of twenty-four hours for cancellations. A fifty percent fee will be charged to your credit card if you fail to notify us of a cancellation or no-show.
