- Body Wraps: Our body wraps are designed to help you detoxify and rejuvenate your body. We offer a variety of wraps, including seaweed, mud, and algae.

Reservation, Cancellations, Delay and Check In
At Saachi Spa, we recommend making an advance booking prior to your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of the treatment. We require a 24-hour cancellation, delay or change notice to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% penalty charge. We ask that you check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive later for your appointment, the treatment time may have to be reduced depending on availability.

Health Consideration
Smoking and drinking of alcohol within the spa is prohibited. If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, some physical pains, or any other medical conditions, are pregnant, or allergic to something, we advise that you consult your doctor before any spa treatment. Please inform us prior to your treatment.
Payment and Refund Policy
We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Gift certificates and spa memberships are non-refundable.
Pool and Parking
As a courtesy, Saachi Spa guests have full access to using the Pool, Fitness Room, and Sauna at the Delta Toronto East Hotel. Parking is available at the hotel parking lot. Please take the parking pass from the machine
Unsatisfactory Experiences at the Spa
RoRo had a terrible experience with customer service, leaving multiple voicemails without a response. They lost the customer's business due to their poor service.
Lack of Privacy and Poor Management
Ivana L. found the spa to be a disappointment. The main lobby, which leads to the spa, is also used as a homeless shelter, causing an unpleasant atmosphere. The spa's screening process was insufficient, and the staff was not thorough with the facial treatment.
Misleading Services and Pricing
Z. Z. ZeeZee's husband had an unsatisfactory experience with the spa. They charged him the full fee despite not providing all the services included in the package due to COVID restrictions. The staff did not offer a discount or a credit for the missing services.
Painful and Unprofessional Massage
Wade Smith had the worst massage experience ever. The RMT was unprofessional, used gloves, and caused pain during the massage. The experience was very disappointing, and he would not recommend the spa to anyone.
Disrespectful Treatment and Hidden Charges
Haeremenan Sirithar felt disrespected by the spa staff. They were charged extra for services not mentioned beforehand and felt harassed for the money. The manager refused to resolve the issue and hung up on them multiple times.
Subpar Massage and Atmosphere
Michelle Phoenix had a couple's massage that was not up to expectations. The staff was eating at the entrance, and the masseuse smelled of food. The massage itself was unbalanced and poorly executed, lacking anatomical knowledge.
Organizational Issues and Disappointing Experience
Fontaine M. used a wayspa certificate for a couples package at the spa. The experience was disappointing due to disorganization, a lack of privacy, and unclear communication among the staff. The massage was not soothing, and the hydrotherapy was odd for a couples package.
