At Minish Construction Limited, we have a rich history of 60 years of experience in the construction industry. Our extensive experience in design, construction, and project management of commercial, industrial, recreational, health care, agricultural, and residential projects is considered our greatest asset. We take pride in the fact that we are actively involved in and encourage the ongoing training and education of our office and job site personnel. This allows us to utilize the latest construction practices and procedures in all of our projects.

Our Team

Reid Minish, the President of Minish Construction Limited, is a second-generation owner of the business that was started by his father and uncles. He and his staff have been celebrating 60 years in the construction industry in 2012. Reid received his Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Red River College in 1973 and has been utilizing his education and experience to grow Minish Construction.

Clayton Mychalchuk joined our team at Minish Construction in April 2010 after obtaining his degree in Structural Technology from the Civil Engineering Technology program at Red River College, and seven years of construction experience with PCL Constructors Canada. He has successfully managed the Swan Valley Coop project and will continue to provide project management services to other Minish Construction Projects.

Wayne Fullerton has been part of the Minish Construction team for 12 years. He is a journeyman carpenter of 24 years experience, working for Minish Construction on many of our design-build projects in an estimating and project management capacity.

Brett Stephen joined our team in January 2013 as Minish Construction's Group Safety Coordinator. He is responsible for ensuring that we are in compliance with legislation, our training needs are met, and our equipment is serviced and ready. Brett is provincially certified as a Construction Safety Officer and a COR Registered Auditor through the Construction Association of Manitoba. Brett is also a certified trainer in many areas including but not limited to Forklift, Aerial Lift, Skidsteer, and WHMIS. He is also an active Canadian Red Cross Training Partner.

Brittney Minish-Terleski joined the team in 2010 in the role of Contract Administrator. She is actively involved in and aware of all aspects of all projects that Minish Construction undertakes. She is proud to be part of the third generation carrying on the standards of excellence that Minish Construction has upheld for 60 years.

Our engineering design services are top-notch, and we provide our clients with customized solutions that meet their needs. We specialize in Pre-Engineered Butler Buildings, which are a cost-effective and efficient option for our clients. Our general contracting services include management of all aspects of the project, from permits and approvals to construction and final inspection. We provide construction management services, working closely with our clients to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget. We are also proud to offer the Basecamp Portfolio and Safety services.

Current Projects

We are currently working on a project in Swan River, where we are updating and refreshing the showroom of a long-standing Ford dealership to the new Ford of Canada architectural specification.
