Poor Experience with Timely Delivery
Two reviewers, Brenda Rudiger and Sandra Crean, had a poor experience with T-R Moving & Storage regarding timely delivery. They experienced delays in receiving their goods, with Brenda's shipment taking 20 days to travel from Calgary to Vernon, BC, a distance that would typically take 7 hours by car. Sandra's shipment took over 3 months to arrive from Vancouver, Canada to London, UK.
Lack of Transparency and Miscommunication
Both Brenda and Sandra reported a lack of transparency and miscommunication from the company. Brenda was not informed about the exact date her shipment arrived at the warehouse, and Sandra was told that her motorcycles would be custom crated, but they were instead strapped to pallets without protection.
Damaged Goods and Missing Items
Sandra reported that her goods arrived damaged, with one of her motorcycles having twisted handlebars due to over-tightening of the straps. She also mentioned that some items were missing from the inventory. Brenda did not mention any damage to her goods, but expressed frustration with the company's lack of response to her issues.
Positive Experiences
