Residential Shingle Roofing
Durable asphalt shingle solutions for homes, combining affordability with long-term protection. We use premium GAF and Certainteed products engineered to withstand Ottawa's weather extremes. Our installations feature ice and water shield underlayment, metal drip edges, and ventilation systems to maximize lifespan. Ideal for homeowners seeking reliable protection with customizable aesthetics.
Commercial Metal Roofing
High-performance metal roofing systems for businesses and institutions. Standing seam and corrugated panels provide 40+ year durability with minimal maintenance. Energy-efficient coatings reduce cooling costs while snow-shedding designs handle heavy winter loads. Perfect for warehouses, retail spaces, and multi-unit complexes requiring low-maintenance, code-compliant solutions.
Roof Repairs & Maintenance
24/7 repair solutions for leaks, storm damage, and wear. Our certified technicians perform shingle replacement, flashing repairs, and structural assessments using manufacturer-approved materials. Preventative maintenance programs extend roof lifespans through regular inspections, gutter cleaning, and ventilation optimization for both residential and commercial properties.
Attic Insulation Upgrades
Blown fiberglass insulation services that reduce energy bills by up to 50%. We install R-50 rated materials with air-sealing techniques to prevent heat loss and ice damming. Our process includes rafter vent installation and attic hatch insulation upgrades, meeting current building codes while improving indoor comfort and reducing HVAC strain.
Gutter Systems
Custom aluminum gutter installations with leaf guard protection. We design systems to efficiently channel water away from foundations using seamless 5" or 6" troughs with proper slope calculations. Services include downspout extensions, heating cable integration, and existing system repairs to prevent water intrusion and landscaping erosion.
