Our Story

Debra's love for chocolate began when she was just a teenager, and it was sparked by a chocolate-making demonstration at a local mall. From that moment on, she was hooked and spent years researching and experimenting with different chocolate-making techniques. After graduating from Baylor University in Texas, Debra returned to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where she started creating her own chocolates.
