Health in Your Hands Massage Therapy, under the leadership of Matthew Hustler B.Kin. (Hons), RMT, is a trusted provider of massage therapy services in the Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville areas. Our mission is to help our clients achieve wellness and maintain a healthy lifestyle through the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy.

Matthew is a graduate of McMaster University and Canadian Therapeutic College, with extensive studies in Kinesiology, General Swedish Massage, Advanced Soft Tissue Release, and Structural Myofascial Release. With over two decades of experience in physical rehabilitation establishments, Matthew has honed his skills in providing relief and rehabilitation to clients experiencing various physical limitations. His athletic training as a runner and duathlete also provides valuable insights into sports injuries, making him a well-rounded and knowledgeable practitioner.

• Therapeutic Massage: Our flagship service, therapeutic massage involves the assessment and manipulation of the muscles and other soft tissues to gain a therapeutic response. Whether you're looking to prevent or rehabilitate an injury, maintain or restore physical function, or relieve pain, therapeutic massage is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.
• Pregnancy Massage: Pregnancy can be a challenging time for the body, with numerous physical and emotional changes occurring. Our pregnancy massage service is designed to alleviate discomfort and promote relaxation, helping expectant mothers feel their best during this special time.
• Sports Massage: As an avid runner and duathlete, Matthew understands the unique needs of athletes. Our sports massage service is tailored to help athletes recover from injuries, improve performance, and prevent future injuries.
• Relaxation Massage: Sometimes, all you need is a little R&R. Our relaxation massage service is designed to help you unwind and de-stress, promoting overall well-being and relaxation.
• Home Visits: For those who prefer the comfort and convenience of their own homes, we offer home visit services in the Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville areas. Our team brings all the necessary equipment to provide high-quality massage therapy services right in your living room.

Our Clinic and COVID-19 Protocols

Our clinic is located at Physiotherapy & Reiki, 1253 Silvan Forest Dr. Unit # 13, Burlington, ON L7M 0B7 (corner of Mainway and Silvan Forest). For the safety of our clients and staff, we have implemented COVID-19 protocols that include mandatory face masks, hand sanitization, and a pre-appointment COVID-19 screening. We respectfully ask that clients reschedule their appointments if they develop symptoms within the 24-hour cancellation period or if they answer "YES" to any of the COVID-19 screening questions.

Our Fee Schedule

Our fee schedule is as follows:

• In-home massage: 30-minute massage ($90), 45-minute massage ($105), 60-minute massage ($125), 75-minute massage ($145), 90-minute massage ($165)
• Three or more individuals at one location: 30-minute massage ($65), 45-minute massage ($85), 60-minute massage ($105), 75-minute massage ($125), 90-minute massage ($145)
• In-clinic massage: 30-minute massage ($65), 45-minute massage ($85), 60-minute massage ($105), 75-minute massage ($125), 90-minute massage ($145)

The H.S.T. is included in all prices, and many extended health care plans and private insurance companies provide full or partial coverage for massage therapy. Check your Employee Benefit Policy for more information. An additional charge may apply for home visits outside of the Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville areas, and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
