Booking an Appointment
Booking a massage at ELMNT Massage is easy! Simply visit our booking site, choose your treatment, and select an available time slot. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the necessary paperwork. Don't forget to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Before your treatment, please print and fill out our two required forms: the Informed Consent Form and the Health History Form. These forms will help your RMT develop a personalized treatment plan just for you.
