Our story began in 2004 when Mike and Ray joined forces to launch a new landscaping business with a genuine commitment to friendly, professional, and personalized service. Customer Service and Quality Work
The majority of the reviews praise the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for their exceptional customer service and ability to solve problems efficiently. For instance, Heidi Kline and Ken Johnston commended the BBB for their help in resolving issues with other companies. Similarly, Jim McAvoy appreciated the excellent work done by Hedge King and recommended them to others.
Efficient Mediation
A few reviewers also highlighted the effectiveness of the BBB in mediating disputes between consumers and businesses. The Queen's English noted that the BBB successfully resolved issues on multiple occasions and recommended their services to others.
Critical Feedback and Concerns
However, there were some critical feedback and concerns raised by a few reviewers. Az Driver, Lee Gaw, Rick G., and John Stokes had less than favorable experiences with the BBB, citing issues such as unhelpful staff, unresolved complaints, and seemingly biased business ratings. For instance, Az Driver felt that the BBB was a "fake organization" that did not effectively address their complaints about two businesses that caused them financial damage. John Stokes also criticized the Ottawa BBB for failing to protect consumer rights and uphold accountability.
