Order Cancellations and Poor Communication

Anne MacDonald was treated rudely by a clerk who refused to accept a return, citing a sign in the store that stated installed parts could not be returned.

On the other hand, many customers have had positive experiences with the staff at Reliable Parts. Taha Zaidi found the staff member at the Bank St location to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the charcoal filter he needed.
