Our History

MDM Construction Co. Ltd. was founded by Marvin Job, Marvin Kehler, and David Martens in 1981, with a primary focus on government projects such as bridges, sewer treatment plants, and water reservoirs. Over the years, we have expanded our services to cater to the private sector, and our projects have taken us to various parts of Canada and even internationally to Taiwan. With the retirement of the founders, Steve Rempel joined Marvin Job in 2010, marking a new era of growth and development for the company.

Our Team

Marvin Job, our president and controller, has been with the company since its inception and has played a vital role in its growth and development. Steve Rempel, our partner and project manager, joined the company in 1985 and has held various roles, including carpenter, foreman, and site supervisor. Our site supervisors and foremen have many years of experience in residential, industrial, and institutional construction.
