Our History

Gempac Contracting Inc. was founded in 1994 with a vision to provide exceptional contracting services to the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Our Services

As a full-service general contractor, we offer a wide range of services that cater to the needs of property management companies, insurance companies, interior designers, engineering firms, construction companies, architects, builders, and private condominium and residential homeowners. Our services include plastering, painting, tiles, countertops, flooring, carpentry, wallcovering, custom millwork, faux finishes, fire and flood restoration, mould assessment and remediation, and asbestos removal. We are accredited, bonded, and fully covered under WSIB, with a $5 million liability insurance to protect all our projects.
