Our 40,000-square-foot facility supports large-scale production runs while maintaining tight tolerances and superior fit-and-finish standards.
CNC Machining
Our 10,000-square-foot CNC machining division handles complex parts with tolerances as tight as 0.0002 inches. Using Mastercam software and Doosan/AGMA equipment, we machine stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics for industrial clients. Capabilities include turning, milling, boring, and producing components for exploration drills and heavy machinery.
Powder Coating
Metal Fabs powder coating services offer durable, eco-friendly finishes with superior adhesion. Our large oven accommodates oversized parts, while sandblast and spray booths ensure thorough surface preparation. This process eliminates runs/sags and provides thicker coatings than traditional paint, ideal for mining equipment and structural components.
Mobile Fabrication
We deliver mobile fabrication solutions across Northern Ontario using equipped welding trucks. This service enables on-site repairs, installations, and custom welding for remote clients in mining and construction sectors, maintaining the same quality standards as our in-house operations.
