Quality of Service and Products
Nu Edge is a company that deals with belly dump semi-trailers, but it seems that their quality of service and products has left much to be desired. One customer, Tim Kcco Meisner, had a bad experience with them, reporting that a shattered windshield occurred due to their truck driving recklessly on a gravel road. The manager's response, stating that if they replaced every windshield that was damaged, they would be out of business, only added insult to injury.
On the other hand, Albos Administrator and Daryl Chase had a very different experience with Nu Edge. Both praised the company for their excellent service and product delivery, with Albos Administrator mentioning that they came through on time, and Daryl Chase commending their great organizational skills.
Accountability and Responsibility

Val Hogan, who had a similar incident to Tim Kcco Meisner, reported that the company was unwilling to take responsibility for the damages, telling him to "get lost" and not paying for the damages.
