Disappointing Experience

They had gone for a prenatal massage to alleviate lower back pain, but the therapist spent most of the time on other areas, leaving their main issue, lower back pain, largely unaddressed. Additionally, they were left feeling like they were only getting 45 minutes of massage time instead of the scheduled 1 hour, due to the time it took to fill out the intake form and get undressed.
