All services are accessible to both clinic patients and the general public with free city-wide delivery available at our Downtown location.
Chronic Disease Management
Our interdisciplinary team supports patients with diabetes, COPD, heart failure, and other chronic conditions. Services include personalized care plans developed by nurses, dietitians, and respiratory educators. We focus on minimizing complications through education, lifestyle modifications, and coordinated specialist referrals while maintaining regular monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans.
Gender-Affirming Care
We provide hormone therapy, puberty suppression, and surgical care planning for transgender and gender-diverse individuals. Services require medical referrals and include lab work, injection training, and document change support. Our team offers short-term counselling and collaborates with primary care providers for long-term care transition after initial treatment stabilization.
Reproductive Health
Comprehensive reproductive services include prenatal care, contraception counselling, STI testing, and fertility support. We offer vasectomies, cervical cancer screening, and postpartum depression support groups. Patients receive referrals for specialized reproductive services while maintaining continuity of care through our interdisciplinary primary health team.
