Our team of family physicians includes Dr. W. Vornberger, Dr. O'Sullivan, Dr. J. O. Ajayi-Obe, Dr. Brittany Hoover, Dr. O. R. Oremakinde, and Dr. A. A. Oremakinde. Our specialists, Dr. Stephanie Lammers and Dr. Brittany Hoover, offer expert care in obstetrics and gynaecology, providing services ranging from routine check-ups to complex procedures.

• Obstetrics and Gynaecology: Our specialists provide a wide range of services, including routine check-ups, prenatal care, family planning, and treatment of gynecological conditions. They are committed to providing compassionate and expert care to women at all stages of life.
• Covid-19 Testing and Vaccination: SMG Pharmacy, located within our clinic, offers rapid and PCR Covid testing from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. To request a Covid-19 vaccine or PCR/Rapid Covid test, please call 519-491-3434 or email your name and phone number to domyniuminc@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 1 business day.
• Virtual Walk-In Clinic: Our Virtual Walk-In Clinic is available every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Call the number provided to book an appointment and consult with one of our healthcare professionals from the comfort of your home.
• After Hours Care: We offer after-hours care for patients enrolled with any of our doctors. Please call the provided number to book an appointment.
• SMG Walk-In Clinic: Our Walk-In Clinic, located in SMG Pharmacy, is available every Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Call the provided number to book an appointment.
