Our History
Globe-Elite Electrical Contractors has a rich history dating back to 1949, when Globe Electric was formed by Pete Suderman Sr. In 1974, Ken Pickering joined Globe Electric as a young apprentice, learning the electrical trade under the guidance of Pete Suderman Sr. In 1984, Ken and his wife Barbara established Elite Electric, which grew rapidly from two employees to fifteen. In 1993, Globe and Elite were brought together in a limited partnership, forming Globe-Elite Electrical Contractors Ltd. Today, our company employs 15 people and has expanded to 50 when working on larger projects. As of May 2013, Al Anderson became a partner of Globe-Elite Electrical Contractors Ltd, holding the position of Secretary/Treasurer.
