Our business was founded in 2005 by Kevin Owen, who started a small hardwood flooring installation service in Chatham. Over the years, we have grown into a household name in Chatham-Kent and have established ourselves as a premier flooring and design company across Ontario.

At Owen Flooring, we specialize in Shop@Home Service, which brings the "store to your door." We understand that it can be challenging to find the time to visit a physical store, so we offer a one-on-one shopping experience that can be done from the comfort of your home. We also have a design centre in Chatham, open by appointment, to safely practice social distancing measures.
In addition to our flooring and design services, we offer restoration services for insurance claims. Our restoration project manager, Lauren Bultje, is responsible for handling a wide range of client needs, always with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Through Time
Since our founding in 2005, Owen Flooring has undergone significant growth and transformation. From a small hardwood flooring installation service to a complete design centre offering premium products and intelligent design solutions, we have always been committed to delivering smart design solutions to meet our clients' needs.
In 2011, we became the first Shop@Home Flooring Service in Chatham-Kent, and in 2017, we expanded our offerings to include paints and wallpaper from Farrow & Ball. In 2018-19, we established ourselves as a flooring and paint company recognized for the high quality and intelligent design of our residential and commercial solutions. And in 2020, we rediscovered and redeveloped our original Shop@Home Service, servicing clients across Ontario with a one-on-one shopping experience.
