UCDA Lien Search

The Used Car Dealers Association of Ontario (UCDA) is a not-for-profit association that was founded in 1984 by seven Ontario dealers. Today, we represent nearly 5000 Members, spread across more than 500 communities in the province. Our mission is to enhance the image of the Used Vehicle Industry through Representation, Education, and Mediation. We are dedicated to protecting the rights and privacy of our Members and consumers, and our Members voluntarily follow a Code of Ethics and adhere to a strict Privacy Policy. Our team includes an Executive Director, a staff of 18, and a 9-person Board of Directors, who oversee the policies and direction of the association.

• OMVIC Regulations: The UCDA provides information and resources on OMVIC regulations for Members.

• Lease Buyout: We offer resources and guidance on lease buyout processes.
• Delivery Refusal: We provide resources and guidance on handling situations where customers refuse to take delivery of a vehicle.
