Massage Therapy

Our massage therapy program is designed to help our clients relax, unwind, and release tension and pain. Our team of registered massage therapists (RMTs) uses a range of techniques, including relaxation and therapeutic massage, to help our clients achieve optimal relaxation and wellness. We understand that pain, tension, and injury don't always fit neatly into a scheduled time, which is why we have a team of 12 RMTs available to provide care and treatment when our clients need it most.

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapy program is designed to help our clients recover from injury or illness, and improve their overall mobility and function. Our team of experienced physiotherapists uses a range of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and education, to help our clients achieve optimal physical function and wellness. We work closely with our clients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Chiropractic Care

Our chiropractic care program is designed to help our clients achieve optimal spinal health and wellness. That's why we offer direct billing for most of our services, making it easy and convenient for our clients to access the care they need without the hassle of paperwork and claims.
