Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including:

• Powder Coating: We provide powder coating, a method of applying a protective finish to a wide range of products using a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin. The powder is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto electrically grounded parts, then heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. Our powder coating is significantly more durable than painting and is highly resistant to chips, abrasion, heat up to 400 degree F, fuel, and various chemicals.
• Dry Film Ceramic Coating: Our dry film ceramic coating provides superior heat protection and durability. It is ideal for exhaust headers, turbo housings, and other high-heat applications. Our ceramic coating is guaranteed against our workmanship for the life of the product.
• Policoat: We offer a high-quality policoat finish, which provides an attractive, long-lasting shine. Our policoat finish is easy to clean and maintain.
• Industrial Coating: Our industrial coating services are perfect for large-scale industrial projects, providing a protective finish that can withstand the toughest conditions.

In-Stock Colors

We have an extensive in-stock selection of colors available, meaning you won't have to pay more to order a specific color. Our in-stock colors allow you to choose the perfect finish for your project without the added cost and wait time.

Shipping and Payment Process

Our shipping and payment process is simple. You send us your product in a stable box, along with a packing slip that includes your name, address, and phone number, as well as instructions on what you want done. We will contact you for payment information, such as your Visa number, once the product is complete. If you do not have a Visa, we can call with a price and you can send a money order or certified cheque. When payment is received, we will send your product back to you via the same courier you used, in the same box.

Processing Time

Our processing time depends on the current workload and any local events, such as the World of Wheels. Normal processing time is typically 6-7 days, although larger orders may take up to 2 weeks. If you are located in Calgary, you may be able to pick up your order in 3-4 days.

Used Products

All of our coatings can be applied to used products, although additional charges for cleaning or blasting may apply if the product is rusted or in need of cleaning. We can also coat chrome products, as long as the chrome is of good quality. We can mask off the chrome and coat the rest of the product, but the chrome must be of good quality or it will flake off.

Cleaning Ceramic Coatings

When your headers and other products come from our shop, they have a shine. If you would like to intensify this shine, you can use AutoSol or Mothers, any metal polish, or aluminum polish, which are available at most auto supply stores.
