Our Services

At R.W. (Bob) Wall Ltd., we offer a range of services designed to meet your project needs:

Project Manager

Our project managers serve as your assistant in land purchase and project financing. They facilitate re-zoning and sub-dividing the land, oversee the presentation of your project to the Design Panel, and apply for the Development Permit. They also handle the RFP process for architects and engineers, prepare the construction budget, and help you choose a Construction Manager or General Contractor. Throughout the construction process, your project manager remains your agent in the construction arena and may even assist with the leasing process.

Construction Manager

Once the plans and specifications are complete, our construction managers take over, soliciting competitive tenders for all materials and trades required to build your project. They advise the Project Manager or Owner on which bids to accept and oversee the assembly process, while maintaining a construction schedule and ensuring on-site activities are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

General Contractor

Our general contractors assume responsibility for building your project as per the provided plans and specifications, for a fixed fee or percentage. They hire their preferred suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver the project, and any savings or losses along the way are their responsibility. During the construction process, the Project Manager, Owner, Design Team, and Municipal Building Inspector will work together to ensure the project meets the highest quality standards.

Current Project: Colvile Medical Centre

Paying homage to the region's pioneers, the Colvile Medical Centre will be a five-story building with a five-story parkade attached to the back. This project signifies our dedication to enhancing the community and providing much-needed infrastructure.
