Our Therapists
Our team of therapists is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and treatment to each of our patients. With a combined 30 years of experience in the industry, our therapists have developed a wide range of skills and techniques to help patients manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.
Curtis Nadj, RMT, has a rich and varied life experience that gives him valuable insight into the function of the human body. He has worked with patients from all walks of life, from office workers to athletes, and has developed a deep understanding of the complex relationships between the body's systems.
Alison Toye, RMT, has a deeply intuitive approach to treating patients. She has extensive experience in sports and has first-hand experience in rehabbing from injury. She is trained in Eldercare massage and is able to provide both gentle healing touch and strong deep-tissue work.
Shanna Wighton, RMT, has a strong skill set for treating patients with chronic pain. With her own experience of living with chronic pain, she understands the importance of finding the right treatment approach for each patient. One of Shanna's strengths is her palpation skills, which allow her to develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient.
Rob Wighton, RMT, has a background in athletics and weight training, which gives him a unique perspective on working with athletes and helping patients recover from injuries. Assessment is one of Rob's strongest skills, and he welcomes the challenge of difficult-to-diagnose problems.

At Downtown Victoria Massage Therapy, we take the safety and well-being of our patients seriously. Our Infectious Disease Safety Plan includes regular COVID-19 vaccinations for our therapists, as well as strict hand hygiene and cleaning protocols in place to prevent the spread of disease.

- Pre-payment required for all new patients

- Front doors locked before 8 am, after 5:45 pm, and on weekends
- No direct billing to extended medical plans
