Our Story

Snyder Construction was founded by Frank Snyder, a civil engineering graduate from the University of Waterloo, who had a passion for construction. After starting the company in 1982, Frank was joined by his wife Jane in 1990, who brought her expertise in Economics, Marketing, and Nutrition & Safety. Today, the family business is almost 40 years old, with the addition of Alex Snyder, a graduate of Financial Management Accounting, and Philip Snyder, an Engineering graduate. This family-owned business has been built on the principles of hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
