Disappointing Experiences
It appears that the customers who have dealt with this contractor have had extremely negative experiences. Lack of Communication is a common theme among these reviews.
The reviewers have mentioned that they were not contacted or informed about the status of their appointments, which led to confusion and frustration. Uncertainty and Frustration are evident in their reviews.
Kevin Osborne mentions that after making an appointment, he is still waiting for a call to confirm or cancel, and has been waiting for eight days. Long Wait Times are unacceptable, especially when customers have made an effort to book an appointment.
Janine Hall also had a poor experience, as she called twice in one week and received no response, only to discover that the office was closed until Monday. Inadequate Customer Service is evident in the lack of attention given to her concerns.
