WE WIN AS A TEAM, COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE

We are Western Canada's premier provider of E&I maintenance, renewables/solar, major projects, combustion & emissions reduction, and measurement services. With our acquisition of Exile Automation in 2021, we have expanded our core services to include automation, fabrication, and telecommunications. Our vision, established in 2011, is to deliver full-scope, relationship-built services to our clients across various industries.

Our journey began in Grande Prairie, Alberta, where CDN Controls Ltd. was founded by our current President, Dean Fraser, and Senior VP, Nick Stewart. In just a few short years, we have grown to become an industry leader, opening new branches in Valleyview (2012), Calgary (2014), Grande Cache (2015), Fort St. John (2016), and Edmonton (2017). Our growth has been recognized with prestigious awards, such as being named one of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Alberta in both 2014 and 2015.

Commitment to Indigenous Partnerships and ESG Reporting

As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we have established formal partnerships with Indigenous communities, including Halfway River-CDN Controls, a majority-owned Indigenous business (2016), and Kelly Lake Cree Nation (2017). Additionally, we have received the PAR Committed certification from the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (2017), further solidifying our dedication to Indigenous partnerships. We are also proud of our ESG reporting initiatives, which reflect our commitment to environmental, social, and governance responsibility.
