Tim's Truck & Equipment Service Inc. is a reputable business that has been providing top-notch services and repairs to all makes of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment in Eastern Ontario for over 25 years. Our business started in 1999 when Tim Craig, a technician with the Ministry of Transportation for 13 years, started a mobile service working from the family minivan. In just two years, he built a shop, and his wife, Tracey, who had recently graduated from the Business Administration Program at St. Lawrence College, managed the administration responsibilities of the business. As the demand for the business increased, they hired additional staff and expanded their facility twice. Today, we offer repair and rebuild services in 10 bays, full parts and customer service departments, and mobile units for on-site and emergency breakdown services.

We are conveniently located just south of the 401 in Napanee, making it easy for our customers to access our services. Our shop is equipped with the latest diagnostic and repair tools to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our customers. We offer a wide range of in-shop services, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and complete engine rebuilds.

Our two on-site mobile units provide service of equipment, farm machinery, and 24/7 emergency services. Our mobile units are fully equipped to handle any emergency breakdowns, ensuring that our customers are back on the road as soon as possible.

Our team of licensed Truck and Coach and Heavy Equipment technicians are highly qualified and experienced in servicing and repairing all makes of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment. We perform service and repair on all makes of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment, engine and transmission rebuilds, A/C system repair and maintenance, custom fitting of peripheral equipment, such as snow removal/sanding, Drive Clean Ontario Heavy Duty Diesel testing, fleet maintenance support, and crane repairs.
Value Added Partners
In 2009, we became an International Parts and Service Associate dealership, allowing us to perform warranty repairs and maintain an inventory of parts for Navistar. Our technicians have the advantage of top-quality training and tooling to perform repairs. As an Atlas Polar associate dealer, we offer full warranty and maintenance service to HIAB, Polar Remote, Moffett, and Multilift product lines. We are an authorized Warranty Centre for Cummins Heavy Duty engines, and an Espar Heater Systems authorized sales and service facility, selling, installing, and repairing a variety of air and coolant heaters for trucks and equipment. We are also a licensed Drive Clean inspection and repair facility for heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
