What are your age requirements for services?
Clients must be 18+ with valid ID for all services. No exceptions apply to this policy.
How do pricing consultations work?
Tattoo pricing requires artist consultation while laser treatments include free initial assessments. Piercing prices are standardized with jewelry sold separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and e-transfers with 5% GST charge. Deposits required for tattoo appointments.
Can I use numbing cream for procedures?
Numbing cream permitted for piercings and certain tattoos with prior artist approval. We recommend avoiding it for first tattoos.
What aftercare instructions should I follow?
Tattoos require regular cleaning with unscented soap and sun protection. Piercings need saline solution maintenance without alcohol-based products.
