Thank you to Frank and Dave for helping us bring our kitchen into 2020! Before starting the work, they took the time to really understand what we wanted and explained the specifics of each part of the process. They also provided us a detailed estimate with timelines (which were better and more complete than others) - any subsequent changes to cost or time were the result of additional requests and changes we made along the way. They were patient and knowledgeable and happy to make us happy, as were the tradespeople who were friendly, efficient, and on time!

This is the second extensive renovation that Classic Craft Homes has completed for us. Both renovations exceeded our expectations. Read their philosophy on their website and you will begin to understand why. The standards of Classic Craft Homes are high and these standards are met regardless of any obstacles presented on the job site; in our case, this meant carrying building materials up eleven storeys.
The trades people that Classic Craft Homes engage are very professional and mirror the philosophy of Classic Craft Homes. Communication is important to Classic Craft Homes. Prior to signing the contract, Classic Craft Homes worked closely with us to develop a comprehensive design. We were given a detailed time line schedule. Classic Craft Homes then worked with its trades people to ensure that they would meet the time lines.
Classic Craft Homes clearly explained to us reasons for several suggestions that enhanced the renovation. Customer service is paramount to Classic Craft Homes and also to the Trades people. Any follow-up service issues were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Classic Craft Homes fulfills its promises of high quality work and superior customer service, as stated on their website.

Classic Craft Homes did a complete home renovation for us that included extending out the back end of our house on all 3 floors. The quality of their work was fantastic and they were a real pleasure to work with. By having them managing this large reno Project, I had complete peace of mind that we were in good hands and that everything would be taken care of.
I can't put a price on that. Classic Craft listened to what our needs and preferences were, acted in our best interest, trouble shooted any issues that arose and most importantly, they stood behind the work they did. I would highly recommend Classic Craft Homes for anyone who wants quality work and peace of mind. They truly delivered for us.

A fantastic company to deal with and the quality of their work is terrific. I hired them for some repairs which they did exceptionally fast and had lots of suggestions to keep the work looking professional and kept within budget. We have used Classic Craft for a couple of projects, one being a complete main floor renovation, the other a garage modification. Both projects were started and completed on time and within budget. Frank and Dave, the owners of the business, were dependable, professional and trustworthy. The work and the trades people were great, and the references that we had checked before proceeding, all praised the work that they had done. We were very pleased with the outcomes and would use them again in the future. We have recommended them to our friends.
